- Springtime Honey: From dandelions, honeysuckle, locust trees, fruit flowers
and basswood trees. Light and golden in color. Available from July-Sept. - Summer Honey: From many types of clover and
wild flowers . Enjoy its floral and traditional taste. Light amber in color and available year round. - Buckwheat Honey: Black honey with strong, bold flavor. Makes a great molasses substitute for baking year round.
- Fall Honey: A honey with a stronger, fruity, caramel-like taste, with a medium to dark amber color.
- Cream Honey: A whipped honey similar in consistency to honey butter (without the butter). Great for melting on your toast any season of the year.
- Orange Blossom: This thick, mild and highly floral-tasting honey from Florida is light to medium in color. Availability dependent on the weather.
